Due to Covid-19 pandemic, the NSSA Spine 2020 Conference scheduled to be hosted from 18th to 20th September at Bhubaneswar was cancelled.
It is a great honour and privilege for the Neurological Society of Odisha (NSO) to get the opportunity to conduct the NSSA Spine 2021 Conference from 17th to 19th September, 2021. However, due to the second wave of the Covid pandemic at present, our Founder President Prof. Dr. P.S. Ramani suggested to conduct a Virtual NSSA Spine 2021 Conference from 17th to 19th September 2021 and a proposal from the Organizing Committee, NSO was accepted by the NSSA Executive Committee.
It gives us great pleasure and privilege to invite you to participate in NSSA SPINE 2021, the 20th Conference of the Neurospinal Surgeons Association (NSSA), India to be conducted in a virtual mode this year.
The event will be organized under the aegis of Neurological Society of Odisha (NSO) and Neuro Vision Odisha Trust (NVOT) from 17th September to 19th September, 2021 (Friday to Sunday) in the Smart City of Bhubaneswar, popular as the City of Temples.
The programme has been prepared under the guidance of the Founder President, Prof. Dr. P.S. Ramani and Organizing Committee, NSSA Spine 2021.
The theme for the Virtual Conference this year is “Evidence based management in Spine Surgery”. A live workshop will be conducted at Apollo Hospitals, Bhubaneswar on 17th September, 2021 and a cadaveric workshop will be conducted at Kalinga Institute of Medical Sciences (KIMS), Bhubaneswar on 19th September, 2021.
It is proposed to webcast the entire programme of Virtual NSSA Spine 2021 at Bhubaneswar and will be available to 35,000 neuroscientists in approximately 150 countries. Approximately 500 Indian and International spine specialists will actively participate in this Conference.
The state of Odisha is famous for the ancient temples, serene beaches, historical monuments, wildlife reserves, visual and performing arts of Odisha and mouth-watering dishes.
